A low modulus neutral cure (LMN) builders silicone sealant. Suitable for internal and external applications. It has primer-less adhesion to most construction materials and remains permanently flexible for up to 25 years. High movement accommodation. CE Approved. Good weatherproofing properties making it suitable for sealing around doors and windows and for general building maintenance. It can be used to fix mirrors, wood, metal, in perimeter glazing applications, cap beading and glass. Also ideal for expansion and joint sealing to pre-cast concrete, mortar, plaster, metals and brickwork.
